The whole Manta Claus Old Spice campaign is a bit strange, but when my old hometown of Billings, Montana gets mentioned – I have to give it a nod.

Yes, Manta Claus visited the town of Billings yesterday and placed a billboard on the highway praising the “High Sierra Dog Park” and phase two of the multiuse heritage trail system (surprised he didn’t mentioned the bonds passing for the new public library!).

Manta Claus – in fine Weekend Roady fashion – also gave gifts (er…nachos) to the most remote settlement in the world, Tristan de Cunha, as well as nearby Baltimore. Call me crazy, but I still think the Ray Lewis ad with the bear is the best the company has produced.
